By accessing or using Viewmize's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Services

Viewmize provides a subscription-based service that includes unlimited YouTube thumbnail design, content ideation, content calendars, SEO audits, and title optimization. Services are delivered through our online portal with a 48-hour turnaround on active requests.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their initial subscription, provided they have submitted at least four thumbnail requests and genuinely used the service. Refund requests must be submitted through our portal. This guarantee applies only to the first month of service and is not available for subsequent billing periods.

5. Service Usage

• One active thumbnail request may be in progress at a time.
• Unlimited revisions are included for all deliverables.
• Content must comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for content that violates our policies or applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon payment, you receive full ownership and rights to all deliverables created for your account, including thumbnails and other creative assets. You may use these for any purpose related to your YouTube channel.

Viewmize retains ownership of all proprietary tools, processes, templates, and methodologies used to create deliverables. We may showcase anonymized examples of our work for portfolio purposes unless you opt out in writing.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your portal or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

8. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accounts are non-transferable without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viewmize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, including increases in views, subscribers, or revenue. YouTube algorithm performance is outside our control.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viewmize and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Viewmize operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
